  • Can I have a say in how my property is managed and priced?
    From the beginning of our cooperation, we will jointly define a management and operation plan that satisfies both sides. We never forget that the property is yours and not ours and we clearly respect your concern and desire to make it work at its best. In turn, we want you to trust our experience and give us the opportunity and freedom of movement to bring you the maximum possible result. In terms of pricing policy, we can jointly set a floor price that we will stick to. Our goal is to achieve a combination of maximum occupancy and highest price, so rest assured that we will work on this to get the best possible performance for your property. We have the necessary experience and know-how, which combined with the continuous monitoring of the competition and the course of the market, lead us to the ideal choice of strategies and options.
  • How do I get paid and how do you?
    The money from the bookings resulting from the various booking channels (Booking/Airbnb/Expedia etc) goes directly into your account, usually either after the arrival of each guest, or after their departure. This depends on each company's policy. In the case of direct bookings, you receive in your account in the first instance the deposit requested by the guest and the balance of the reservation on the day of his arrival. This payment can also be made in cash. At the end of each month, you receive a financial settlement report by email so that you have a complete and clear picture of your finances. Our company receives the percentage agreed between us on the final amount of the reservation (including VAT). Usually our payment is made at the end of each month and concerns all reservations that had an arrival date within the month.
  • How long after listing my property will I start earning money?
    From the moment our cooperation starts, we need 7-15 days to register your accommodation on the various booking platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). As soon as your registration and online presence is ready, the first bookings begin. Statistics start within the first month, when you receive your first income.
  • What minimum specifications does my property have to meet in order for you to take it over?
    We undertake the management of villas, houses, apartments and small hotels in the prefecture of Chania. Basic specifications of the property are as follows: fully furnished and equipped (air conditioning, refrigerator, kitchenette, TV, washing machine, hot water, kitchen utensils and heating if intended for rent in the winter months), fast Internet, fire extinguisher, first aid kit).
  • Can I set any rules for the stay and use of my property for guests?
    You can define any rules you wish, which we will communicate to the guest both verbally upon arrival and in writing on a special form that we will leave inside the accommodation. Nevertheless, we have to inform you that the observance of these unfortunately cannot be taken for granted. In such a case we simply have to make some compliance recommendation to them but we do not assume any further responsibility.
  • I am interested in hearing your proposal to decide if I want to work together. What is the procedure I need to follow?
    Please contact us either by phone at 6979331071, 6973822423, or by email at sales@bluebellsuites.com. In the first instance, we will ideally arrange a meeting with you to view and assess your property. If this is difficult for you, you can alternatively send us photos and a description of the property. In a second phase, we will give you advice on how to optimize your property, as well as an estimate of its financial performance. You will also receive a personalized offer based on your needs.
  • If at any time I want to stop working with you, what is the process?
    If for personal reasons you wish to do so, you can inform us in writing at least one month in advance. The same is true from our side. Once we receive the notice of termination of our partnership, we automatically stop taking bookings for your property. However, reservations that have already occurred prior to the date of notification continue to apply.
  • Can I only rent out my property for a few months a year?
    Of course you can. This is something only you decide.
  • Do you only undertake the complete management of my property or can I work with you only on the part of booking management and online promotion?
    We can completely adapt to your needs. We can undertake either the complete management of your property and you do absolutely nothing, or we can undertake only the online management and presentation of your property or even just the operation of the property (check in/out, cleaning, 24/7 availability for the visitor's needs). Choose the responsibilities you wish us to undertake and we will prepare an offer, personalized to your needs.
  • What if I already have reservations before working with you?
    There is no problem. We pick up where you leave your property and manage the bookings you already have.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
