Villa Elora Platanias

Villa Elora is ideal for families or a group of friends, as it hosts up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Enjoy this spacious, modern, luxury vacation home with a pool in the heart of Platanias. This beautiful property feels comfortable yet upscale and was fully renovated by the latest standards in May 2022. The most common compliment heard among our friends and guests is, "This is paradise!".

It features a private large outdoor area with BBQ grill, wood deck and pool and a variety of plants. So inviting on a hot summer day, the pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge
is soothing and restful. Sunlight is abundant in Villa Elora as there are big windows and balcony doors that lead to the exterior spaces.

The Villa was designed to have access to the exterior from everywhere
and has also many resting and living areas. A very well-designed garden is surrounding the Villa, with palm trees, Bird of paradise flowers and also a herb garden. Lawn covers most of the grounds. The property is spacious and our guests are welcome to enjoy all of the garden area.

Being in a small walking distance (50m) from the sea and the shopping center of Platanias, Villa Elora is perfectly located for those that wish to have relaxing vacations or even a workcation with access to all the necessities. Its ambient atmosphere in combination with the relaxing colors that are featured in the
interior and exterior design, make this home a perfect place to fully relax and enjoy your vacation.

The ground floor/ first floor features:
a very comfortable living area with a large corner sofa and a fully functional wood fireplace, perfect for conversation, playing games, enjoying a read or catching a movie on the large Smart TV (please bring your own credentials).
The open plan kitchen has been redesigned with custom white cabinets, beautiful island and top-of-the-line appliances (two coffee machines, toaster, sandwich maker, cookware, glassware, crockery, dishwasher, teapot, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, microwave, hob, and oven).

Next to the kitchen there is a breakfast nook that can seat at least 6 people whereas the modern dining room has a table that seats 8.
A laundry room with washer and dryer for your use throughout your stay and a guest WC/ toilet.
Two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. One of them has a Queen size bed (1,50*2,00m) and a balcony while the other has a King size bed (1,70*2,00m) and a small balcony leading directly to the pool area.

The first Floor/ second Floor features:
two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and super King size beds (1,80*2,00m). One of the beds can be separated if requested into two single beds (0,90*2,00m). Both bedrooms also have private balconies overlooking the sea with coffee tables and two comfortable armchairs each.
A workspace with a desk for remote working. Our internet speed is perfectly sufficient for streaming TV and working. Wi-Fi coverage on the property is excellent both indoors and outdoors around the house with the 3 Wi-Fi extenders.

Outdoor areas
At the ground floor there are four exterior sitting areas:

A large balcony that is at the side of the kitchen and a second one at the side of the living room which has a dining table that can sit 8 people.
A Built-in BBQ (charcoal or electric grill) with grilling utensils, a dining area that seats 8 and a concrete outdoor sofa that overlooks the pool and the garden.
There is another outdoor seating area with a large concrete corner sofa with comfortable cushions ideal for relaxing.
The Pool area with up to 8 sunbeds and two large umbrellas. Our pool is 11,00*4,50m and 1,50m deep throughout.

Some extra facts regarding the house:
Each bedroom has been designed based on a different color palette, all of them featuring comfortable Coco Mat mattresses and pillows, ensuite bathrooms and motorised automatic blinds. 
The house has thermal insulation as well as a central cooling/ heating system which can be adjusted for each room separately based on your individual preferences.
The house is equipped with a smoke detector in the kitchen area, three fire extinguishers and a first aid kit.
All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, body wash and body cream), liquid soap dispensers, cotton swabs and tissues, a sewing kit and a shower cap, plush towels and a hairdryer.
There is an outdoor shower near the pool.
There is a private parking space for 3 cars.
